ACTIVATE STATE SERIES
Vacant to Vibrant
Vacant to Vibrant turns underused storefronts into temporary spaces for creativity, connection and new activity. We test what can happen when a dark window becomes a reason to stop, walk in and imagine what could come next.
Overview
As part of our Activate State Series, Vacant to Vibrant connects property owners with local artists and creatives to demonstrate (and measure) how short-term activation can spark long-term tenant interest and reframe how people see underused spaces.
